Module 1 | Rewriting Your Style Mindset & Finding Inspiration

Our first module has two sections. 

In section one, you'll look at your mindset around style, body image, and investing in yourself. The purpose of this module is for you to become aware of thoughts and beliefs that might be holding you back from your most self-expressed style. Once you identify these sneaky little beliefs, you can decide to make choices that don't reinforce them and rewrite your style identity. Rewriting these beliefs takes practice which is exactly why we identify these mindset blocks before we dive into section two.

In section two,  you're going to find your style keywords for each of the contexts of your life. After you identify your style keywords, you're going to collect inspiration images that represent your style keywords to you in the Pinterest exercise outlined in your workbook. If Pinterest doesn't have the types of images you're looking for, check out the style blogs listed in the pdf provided in this module.
